I spend time listening to how your pain is actually impacting your day—whether it's holding your baby, sitting at your desk, or just getting out of bed. My sessions are about understanding that story, not just fixing a joint. My name, Rachita, actually means 'to create', and that is how I view my practice. I am here to help you create health, mobility, and a better quality of life. My journey as an orthopedic physiotherapist wasn't a straight line, but every twist and turn has taught me that the best recovery comes from a partnership, not just a prescription. I treat everything from chronic desk job aches and frozen shoulders to complex post-surgery rehabilitation. Whether you are dealing with sciatica or recovering from a ligament tear, we will use a mix of manual therapy—like soft tissue release—and modern modalities like IFT, TENS, and ultrasound to manage the immediate pain. However, my main goal is to make you independent. Once we hit that 70 to 80 percent recovery mark, I teach you the specific home exercises and ergonomic hacks you need to manage your own health so you don't keep coming back to me forever. I understand that coming to a clinic can feel intimidating, which is why I have built my practice to be a safe space. You will be heard, understood, and cared for. I offer both in-clinic sessions at my New Rajinder Nagar center and remote video consultations for those across Delhi NCR who need guidance on their home exercise plans. ## About Rachita Luthra I’m a physiotherapist, but honestly, I’m just a person who found my purpose in helping others move without pain.
