Padma Shri, Dronacharya Award – he’s cricket for us. Even now, at 90, Singh Sir is right here, rain ho ya dhoop (rain or sun), guiding kids. We’ve got players from everywhere – Pune, Singapore, Canada. Parents say, 'Yahan sirf cricket hota hai, business nahi' (here it’s just cricket, not business). When a 9-year-old gives her all, when a boy improves in a month, bas, humein garv hota hai (we feel proud).
