Our trainees consistently secure positions in DDCA-affiliated clubs like Delhi Blues and Neo Sports, providing the essential match exposure required to capture the attention of selectors for tournaments such as the Ranji Trophy and the Cooch Behar Trophy. The journey from a cricket academy to professional representation is rigorous. At Dronacharya Cricket Academy, we have structured our high-performance program to bridge the gap between net practice and competitive league matches. Our students are not limited to internal simulations; they receive pathways to play for established clubs, gaining experience on turf wickets and under match-day pressure. Our focus on holistic development—integrating sports psychology and nutrition with technical coaching—ensures that when our players step into the competitive arena, they are physically and mentally equipped for the demands of high-level cricket. We actively monitor progress through AI-powered analysis and bi-monthly performance reviews, which prepare our trainees for the high standards set by selectors for the Ranji Trophy, DPL, and other major tournaments. Whether it is mastering reflex-ball fielding, batting against 150 KMPH throwdowns, or participating in night-training floodlight sessions, every module is designed to produce professional-grade cricketers. Our success is measured by the tangible milestones our trainees reach, from debut performances in the Railways Ranji team to international club appearances in Vancouver. This is where dedication meets opportunity. ## About Dronacharya Cricket Academy Founded by Padma Shri and Dronacharya Awardee Shri Gurcharan Singh ji, our academy operates on the philosophy that cricket is a way of life, not just a sport. We are deeply committed to nurturing talent, ensuring every trainee receives the technical guidance, high-performance training, and character development required for the professional stage.
