Whether it is a surprise visit from former students like Ajay Jadeja or a regular technique session overseen by our senior coaches, the presence of these mentors ensures your training remains aligned with professional standards and the nuances of high-level cricket. Our academy is defined by the unwavering dedication of our founder, Shri Gurcharan Singh ji. For over 25 years, he has championed a coaching philosophy that values discipline, fundamental technique, and character above all else. This isn't just about nets and bowling machines; it is about the transfer of knowledge from one generation to the next. We bridge the gap between amateur interest and professional potential by maintaining a direct connection to the upper echelons of Indian cricket. It is common for our students to find themselves receiving advice from the same icons who were once coached by Gurcharan Sir himself. When legends like Kapil Dev or Ajay Jadeja visit, they do not just watch; they engage. They offer technical insights, share experiences from the international stage, and reinforce the mindset required to handle pressure. This mentorship creates a unique training environment. Our students learn that a grip adjustment or a change in stance is not merely a technical fix, but a deliberate step towards mastery. We ensure that every player, from our youngest 9-year-olds to our academy seniors, understands that cricket is a way of life. By blending our established, traditional methodology with modern match simulations and video analysis, we provide a pathway that is both rooted in history and ready for the demands of modern competitive cricket. ## About Dronacharya Cricket Academy I grew up seeing how my father, Gurcharan Singh ji, treated every student like his own. We do not just teach cricket; we pass on the values of the game that he has stood for over his 90 years. When you train with us, you are joining a family that is deeply invested in your progress, regardless of your starting point.
