We run night practice sessions specifically for our competitive archers who need that extra time to refine their shot under pressure. It is not just about the hours logged, though; it is about the camaraderie that builds when you are training alongside teammates who are chasing the same podium dreams. Whether you are prepping for a national tournament or just starting out with the Indian wooden bow, you are part of a squad that pushes each other to get better every single day. ### Our Training Philosophy We operate on a simple principle: perfect practice makes perfect. This means every session at the Karnala Sports Academy or Pillai College campus is structured to move you closer to your goal, whether you are picking up a bow for the first time or training for a state-level championship. We do not just show you how to shoot; we teach you how to analyze your own form, adjust your stance, and maintain the mental focus required to hit the mark consistently. ### Where We Train We have established dedicated training grounds that allow for both day and night practice. Our facilities accommodate the specific needs of different disciplines: * **Indian Wooden Bow:** Focus on stance, consistency, and initial strength building. * **Recurve Archery:** Advanced technique, clicker timing, and sight adjustments for Olympic-style shooting. * **Compound Archery:** Micro-tuning, draw cycle management, and long-distance precision. ### Building a Community Archery is an individual sport, but it is much easier to succeed when you are surrounded by a team. Our academy is a place where seniors mentor juniors, and where we celebrate every win together. You will see this during our practice matches, team festivals, and even during those long hours at the range when you are working on your follow-through. We focus on building discipline, but we also make sure the environment remains fun and supportive. If you are looking for archery training in Panvel that balances professional coaching with a genuine community feel, you have found the right place. ## About Drona Archery Academy I am Mukesh Gurdhale, and my goal is simple: to help you hit your target.
