We prioritize structural integrity—ensuring the slab can handle water features and heavy planters—before we even touch the design. Getting the waterproofing right is the first step, so you get the luxury of a jacuzzi or a waterfall wall without the headache of leaks. A rooftop is often the most neglected part of a property. We see it as a blank canvas for a private retreat. When we design these spaces, we look at factors that go beyond just style, like load-bearing capacity for heavy features and proper drainage to prevent water stagnation. Our approach starts with Vastu-compliant layout planning to ensure the space is balanced. We then layer in functional elements like pergolas for shade, customized seating, and lighting that works for both quiet mornings and evening gatherings. Whether it is a small terrace that needs clever space planning to feel open or a large villa rooftop that can accommodate a jacuzzi and a waterfall, we integrate these elements with the existing architecture. We love working with raw materials. You will often see us using stone cladding, wood louvres, and custom murals that add depth to the outdoor environment. Our goal is to create a seamless transition from the inside of your home to the outside, making the entire floor feel like an extension of your living room. We do not just build a structure; we create a space where you can actually switch off from the daily rush. ## About Drishtikone Design We are Drishtikone Design, a collective that believes a space is not just bricks and mortar.
