Whether it is integrating a 'Turmeric & Zataar' theme to honor a couple's mixed heritage or timing a balloon release for the perfect golden hour entry, we focus on the small, sensory details that make guests feel truly involved in the joy of the occasion. Your pre-wedding functions—the Haldi, Mehendi, or welcome brunch—are where the energy for the entire week is set. We treat these not as fillers, but as distinct narrative chapters. A Haldi ceremony is not just about the ritual; it is about the camaraderie and the warmth of family, perhaps set against the backdrop of Raffles Udaipur with a hand-crafted marigold Ganesha as the centerpiece. We approach themes with a deep focus on cultural and personal context. When we design a Mehendi, it might take the form of a rustic Soukh Bazaar in Jaipur, complete with earthen textures and traditional textiles, or a whimsical Candyland concept that delights the inner child in everyone. For daytime welcome events, we lean into relaxed elegance, like a Cuban Jazz brunch with tropical accents that allows guests to connect naturally before the high-energy ceremonies begin. Logistically, we manage the pressure so you do not have to. With a team of 12 to 18 on-site staff, we handle the intricacies of artist riders, venue sourcing, guest hospitality desks, and the technical production of your entry cues. We ensure that the transition from a traditional ceremony to a relaxed evening is seamless, allowing you to focus on the moments rather than the logistics. ## About DreamzKrraft We are storytellers with two decades of experience in crafting weddings that feel like real, lived-in moments. We handle the complex logistics so you can focus on the celebration, ensuring every event—from a whimsical candy-themed Mehendi to a breezy jazz brunch—feels effortless and uniquely yours.
