I check your venue surface before we book to make sure the bouncy castle or train track fits securely. If you have limited space, I can suggest compact layouts that keep the fun without blocking guest movement. ### How I Manage Different Venues I treat every venue, whether it is a small terrace, a society garden, or a large banquet hall, with the same approach: safety first and maximum utilization of space. My equipment is modular, which means I can configure setups to suit tight corners or wide-open lawns. * **Indoor Setups:** For banquet halls or community centers, I use floor-safe equipment and ensure all blowers are positioned to minimize noise. I often pair these with soft play zones to create a safe boundary. * **Outdoor & Rooftop Events:** Whether on pavers, tiles, or grass, I ensure every bouncy castle and trampoline is anchored correctly. Rain or shine, I coordinate with your venue's ground rules. ### Technical Reality for Your Event - **Power Access:** Most of my rides, like the mini train and larger inflatables, require a stable power supply (15 Amp). If your venue does not have an easily accessible point, please let me know in advance so we can plan cable runs safely. - **Timelines:** My team typically arrives 1 to 2 hours before the event start time. This allows for full inflation, safety checks, and testing of ride mechanics before the first guest arrives. - **Capacity Management:** I always include trained attendants with larger setups. Their job is not just to manage the equipment but to ensure kids enter and exit safely, especially with high-traffic items like slides or the bubble house. ## About Dreamz Events I started this because I know how hectic Mumbai party planning gets. My job is to bring the bouncy castles, rides, and games so you don't have to juggle multiple vendors. I focus on keeping things simple, safe, and ready to go so the party starts on time.
