Whether it is a 3D gaming logo for a live YouTube stream or a detailed jungle-themed birthday setup, I approach every project with the same precision I learned at the School for European Pastry. You get that same collaborative experience, whether you are a public figure or just celebrating a special day at home. Collaborating with celebrities like Gauahar Khan, Naman Mathur (Mortal), and Harshvardhan Rane has taught us one thing: the best cakes come from creative freedom. We do not just bake; we engineer edible experiences. ### Why Our Process is Different * **Beyond the Standard:** We specialize in 3D sculpted cakes and gravity-defying structures. For our S8UL logo cake, we did not just provide a pastry; we joined the live stream to guide the creation process in real-time. * **Dietary Inclusivity:** Being celebrities or influencers does not mean you cannot have your cake and eat it too. From our signature 100% eggless sponges to specialized keto-friendly desserts for actors watching their macros, we customize the ingredients without compromising on taste. * **Artistic Precision:** Whether it is hand-crafted fondant figurines for a baby's first birthday or complex multi-tiered wedding cakes, we use premium couverture chocolate and proper cream cheese to ensure the quality matches the visual appeal. ### Your Vision, Our Expertise We handle everything from corporate event catering to intimate bento cakes. If you have an idea, a theme, or a specific design you have saved from the internet, send it over. We will be honest about what is possible structurally and work with you to make it a reality. Remember, our cakes are completely eggless, so everyone at your event can indulge without missing out. *Tussi na jaao, have some cake first!* ## About Dream Patisserie I am a pastry chef trained in London and the School for European Pastry, turning sweet ideas into reality here in Navi Mumbai.
