We look at the flow of the room, lighting intensity, and the seating comfort for the couple. Whether it is an 8x8ft backdrop or a full hall transformation, we ensure the structure is sturdy and the fresh flowers are sourced on the morning of your function to keep them vibrant throughout the night. Your wedding stage is the focal point of the entire event. It is where you sit, where the photos happen, and where guests gather. Because I manage everything in-house, from the floral arrangements to the stage lighting, I make sure the transition from the entrance to the main stage feels seamless. ### How We Approach Decor - **Fresh vs. Artificial:** I always prefer a mix. Fresh flowers provide that natural fragrance and premium look, while high-quality artificial accents ensure the decor stays looking perfect even under hot stage lights for hours. - **Lighting is Everything:** A beautiful backdrop can look dull without the right focus. I use LED PAR cans and strategically placed spotlights to make the floral colors pop, ensuring your photos look sharp without needing heavy editing later. - **Structural Safety:** Whether we are building a grand 8x8ft stage or a walkway arch, stability is my priority. I use professional-grade frames so nothing wobbles, even when crowds gather for photos. ### Working with Venues in Kanpur I have worked across many banquet halls and lawns in Kanpur. If you have a specific venue in mind, tell me the name when we talk. I can immediately tell you what works best for that layout, where the natural light hits, and how we can make the entrance look grand without obstructing guest movement. I take care of the heavy lifting, the transport of props, and the cleanup, so you do not have to worry about the logistics on your big day. Let us sit down, discuss your vision, and I will handle the rest. ## About Dream Design Events I am Deepak, and I founded Dream Design Events because I love seeing people truly enjoy their own celebrations.
