I make sure your lawn is transformed into a functional party zone, not just a decorated space. Whether it is a traditional festival setup or a birthday lawn party, I plan the canopy height and seating placement so your guests are comfortable and the flow is smooth, regardless of the weather. I have been managing outdoor events across Kanpur since 2017, and I have learned that the setup makes all the difference. An open-air party sounds simple, but you need to manage everything from uneven ground to fluctuating sunlight. For my outdoor setups, I bring in professional tenting and draping to ensure the space feels intimate and festive. I personally oversee the installation of the overhead canopies, making sure they are secure. I use traditional seating like moodas and khatiyas for a cultural vibe, or standard banquet chairs for a more formal look. For festival events, like the Pongal celebration I managed recently, I incorporate cultural elements that match the theme. I set up the photo booths, the sound systems, and the lighting zones separately so the music does not drown out the conversation area. If you are planning an open-air party, tell me the venue size and guest count. I will create a layout plan that maximizes the available space. I handle the entire technical setup: - Canopy and tenting installation - Lighting and sound systems - Themed backdrops and selfie corners - Flooring and carpet placement You do not have to worry about the logistics. My team handles the setup and breakdown, so you just show up and celebrate. ## About Dream Design Events Hi, I am Deepak. I lead Dream Design Events here in Kanpur.
