I focus on structural impact, such as using 10ft wide backdrops, heavy balloon arches, and elevated lighting, to ensure the decor feels substantial enough to anchor the entire space, not just a single corner. ### Transforming Large Spaces When you book a large banquet hall or an outdoor garden, the biggest challenge is making sure the decor doesn't shrink. I use layered 3D structures and oversized installations to build depth. A 10ft wide backdrop provides the necessary width for a main stage, and we complement that with heavy organic balloon arches, often using 500 to 600 balloons to create a full, rich look. ### Lighting for Atmosphere For outdoor lawn events, lighting is as important as the backdrop. We incorporate string lights, LED focus lights, and illuminated marquee numbers to create zones of warmth and energy. This ensures that the setup looks vibrant during the day and magical once the sun goes down. ### Logistics and Coordination Big events involve more coordination. I manage the setup timeline with your venue or banquet manager to ensure our team has access hours before your guests arrive. We handle the transport, assembly, and dismantling, so your only job on the day is to enjoy the party. ### Common Features We Include: * **High-Impact Backdrops:** Layers, 3D panels, and custom vinyl skins. * **Entrance Archways:** Large, full-volume arches to greet guests. * **Floor Fillers:** Marquee lights, character cutouts, and specialized props like fiber butterflies or animal figures. * **Studio Lighting:** LED PAR cans and washers to make your stage photos look sharp. ## About Dream Events We are Dream Events.
