My secret is balancing those rich marigold walls with clean, neutral seating and clear walkways. You want the space to feel high energy for your photos, but comfortable enough for your guests to actually relax while the henna is being applied. My Mehndi and Sangeet designs prioritize that festive, joyful feeling. When I design these spaces, I focus on using elements that are visually striking but also functional. For example, my standard setup includes a 10x8ft thematic backdrop with marigold strings or bright fabric drapes, which acts as the perfect anchor for your bridal seating. I often incorporate a traditional decorated swing or a velvet sofa, ensuring you have a dedicated space for photos. Beyond the main stage, I design guest lounge pockets using low seating, colorful bolsters, and traditional prints to keep the atmosphere relaxed. One of my favorite additions is the interactive prop cart—filled with bangles or traditional snacks—which adds a playful touch that guests always notice. I pay close attention to the lighting. For evening functions, I use overhead crisscrossed string lights to create a warm, inviting glow. Every element is planned to ensure the decor feels cohesive, from the welcome signage at the entrance to the table arrangements for the cocktail area. Whether you are hosting an intimate party or a larger gathering in Mumbai, I can scale these elements to suit your venue and guest count. ## About Dream Designs Events I am Roxana, and I believe your Mehndi and Sangeet should reflect your personality.
