I layer fresh floral installations with warm lighting, such as hanging glass globes or hidden LEDs, because a backdrop needs to look rich in your portraits. These textures create depth, ensuring your photographs feel personal and dimensional rather than flat or staged. Every event tells a different story, and the signature details are where that personality truly shines. Whether you are planning a modern engagement, a traditional Mehndi, or an elegant reception, my approach to photo backdrops and decor accents is to build something that feels like an extension of your own taste. ### Designing for Depth and Texture I avoid repetitive layouts. Instead, I focus on mixing materials that play well with camera lenses. For a romantic feel, I use soft pastel florals—roses, baby's breath, or orchids—paired with sheer fabrics and fairy lights to create a glow that flatters everyone. If you prefer a bold aesthetic, I introduce rich, deep colors and structured props like ornate frames, neon signage, or vintage furniture. ### Lighting as a Design Element Lighting is the secret ingredient to any photo-worthy space. I often integrate hanging tea light holders, crystal strings, or warm par-can lighting to add a subtle sparkle to the frame. This does not just help your photographer get the perfect shot, it changes the mood of the entire area. You will find that these setups often become the most popular spot for guests to gather throughout the evening. ### The Process If you have a specific vision, I start by sketching out the layout based on your venue's lighting and space constraints. My goal is to make sure your backdrop feels natural in the room, not like a temporary addition. From custom-built floral arches under banyan trees to simple, elegant neon sign placements, every detail is considered to ensure your event photos are nothing short of beautiful. ## About Dream Designs Events I am Roxana, and I believe your event should feel like a story told through flowers, light, and color.
