I often suggest combining crystal strings with fresh floral runners rather than heavy fabric drapes, as this creates depth and allows your venue to feel open and airy while maintaining that sense of luxury. For receptions and engagements, achieving the right balance between lighting and floral weight is crucial. I focus on how the stage interacts with the rest of the venue. If you are hosting a reception on a lawn, I lean towards canopy lighting and floor-level floral runners to keep the scale intimate and inviting. In indoor ballrooms, I focus on ceiling treatments, such as crystal clusters or chandelier installations, to draw the eye upward and add grandeur to the room. My approach to these events is highly tactile. I want you to feel the quality of the materials, from the plush velvet of the lounge furniture to the fresh, carefully selected blooms in every centerpiece. When we design your stage, we are not just picking a backdrop; we are creating a focal point that will frame your most important photos. I utilize a mix of LED par cans to ensure the lighting is flattering for photography, while custom neon signage or laser-cut acrylic names provide that modern, personalized finish. Whether you select my sit-down dinner styling package or a complete venue transformation, every element is bespoke. We start by discussing the layout and the mood you want to evoke. I manage the entire setup, from the entrance archway to the final table embellishment, ensuring that the transition from your ceremony to your reception feels seamless and intentional. ## About Dream Designs Events Hi, I’m Roxana.
