I set up right at your venue, turning it into a mini art studio where guests watch me create on-the-spot portrait sketching that’s both fun and personal. ### What Happens at Your Event Instead of your guests getting bored after cake-cutting or speeches, they can walk up to my art station, pose for a few minutes, and get a custom guest portrait drawn live. Each sketch is quick, expressive, and done using graphite or charcoal, so I can get through a bunch of guests in a short time. The best part - everyone leaves with a personalized keepsake art instead of some random party favor that ends up in a drawer. ### What I Can Do (and What’s Tricky) I mostly draw black-and-white sketches, but if you want a splash of color or a bigger live wedding artist piece, like a couple’s painting, I’m up for it. Color takes more time, so not everyone will get one - just being real. For huge crowds, I can call in a few fellow artists so more people get their turn. ### My Style & Vibe I’m based in Delhi, mostly around NCR. I’m super chill at events, and while I can be slow on personal projects, at your party the energy keeps me focused. I put a lot of myself into each drawing, and I want your guests to actually have fun and remember the experience. If you want interactive event entertainment that’s actually different, let’s make it happen. ## Highlights Browse through Tarun Kumar's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/draw_with_tarun/live-event-artist/featured) - ![This is what it looks like when I turn a corner of your event into a live art studio. Art for me? Not just pretty pictures. It's how I make sense of my mess. I’m not gonna lie, sometimes I’m lazy as hell—like that Zakir Khan portrait, took me almost a year! Still, every piece, even the slow ones, means something. When my head gets heavy, I draw it out. No filters, just me, real and raw. Dekho, jo dekhna hai dekh lo (see what you want to see). ### My work - **Custom Handmade Portraits**: I make portraits from your photos using graphite, charcoal, or color pencils. Real faces, real details. - **Live Sketching & Murals**: You’ll spot me at weddings or events, doing live portrait sketching. I also paint murals and murtis. - **Realism & Hyperrealism**: Obsessed with details—hair, eyes, all of it. Love hyperrealistic graphite drawings and ballpoint pen crosshatching. - **Conceptual Art from the Heart**: I draw about stuff like anxiety and love. Pieces like 'Burden' come from my own struggles. - **Teaching & Honest Process**: I share step-by-step drawing guides. If I’m slow ‘cause life happens, I’ll tell you. Art’s worth it. ## More services from Tarun Kumar - [Art Workshops & Classes](https://mytribe.in/draw_with_tarun/art-workshops-classes) · ₹300-1,000 per person per session (estimate) - [Custom Portrait Drawings](https://mytribe.in/draw_with_tarun/custom-portrait-drawings) · ₹1,200-5,000 per portrait (A4 size, single person, graphite/charcoal) (estimate) ## Experts similar to Tarun Kumar on mytribe - [Live Event Sketching by Harsh Kumar](https://mytribe.in/sketch_e_art/live-event-sketching) · ₹5-12K per hour (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Live Artist for Events by Umesh & Saroj Shah](https://mytribe.in/artist_umeshshah/live-artist-for-events) · ₹300-500 per person (estimate) · Sketch artist - [Live Caricature Artist for Events by Aashi Jain](https://mytribe.in/_jain_aashi_/live-caricature-artist-for-events) · ₹4-12K per hour (estimate) · Aashi Jain Studios - [Live Caricature Entertainment for Events by Romil Sharma](https://mytribe.in/caricaturesbyromil/live-caricature-entertainment-for-events) · ₹0 rate on enquiry (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Live Caricature Entertainment for Events by Caricature with Karan](https://mytribe.in/karancaricature/live-caricature-entertainment-for-events) · ₹10-30K per event (2-3 hours session) (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Live Guest Portraits by Noor](https://mytribe.in/paintmewed/live-guest-portraits) · ₹8-20K per event (3-4 hours) (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Live On-Site Art by Alok Yadav](https://mytribe.in/artist_alok_rao/live-on-site-art) · ₹4-18K per painting/session (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Live Event Caricatures by Kamal Kaku](https://mytribe.in/caricaturesonspot/live-event-caricatures) · ₹4-12K per 2-3 hour event (estimate) · CARICATURE ARTIST, KAKU CARICATURIST - [Live Caricature Artist by Mahesh Gurung](https://mytribe.in/artist_mahesh_gurung/live-caricature-artist) · ₹3-10K per event (2-3 hours) (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Event Face & Body Art by Face Painting by Sonam](https://mytribe.in/artbysonamm/event-face-body-art) · ₹5-15K per event (2 hours) (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Live Art & Workshops by Ankur Rana](https://mytribe.in/ankurrana.art/live-art-workshops) · ₹12-45K per event/session (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Custom Hand-Painted Portraits & Art by Prerna](https://mytribe.in/artistic_galleria/custom-hand-painted-portraits-art) · ₹600-2,000 per artwork (estimate) · National Capital Region ## Book To book Tarun Kumar, message mytribe on WhatsApp: [Chat on WhatsApp](https://wa.me/916360004054?text=Hi%2C%20I'm%20looking%20for%20Live%20Event%20Artist%20by%20Tarun%20Kumar.)
