It is about building anticipation, managing the room, and making sure the spotlight hits the right moment. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This video captures the energy as I hosted the unveiling of the epic movie 'Ramayana'. My role was to introduce the star-studded cast and the visionary team, including director Nitesh Tiwari and composer Hans Zimmer, to the media and fans, building anticipation for this monumental project.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/c64bcd36-f93f-4882-aaef-eb7cdefa4220) ## About Brand, Product & Movie Launches When you are launching a product or a film, the energy of the room dictates the success of the reveal. I handle the flow from the moment the lights go down, managing high-profile talent interviews and technical script cues, ensuring the audience stays hooked until the final logo reveal. ### Managing the Moment A launch event is not just an announcement. It is a live production where timing is everything. Whether I am introducing a film cast to a packed theater or moderating a product reveal for a corporate boardroom, my focus remains on keeping the audience focused on your brand. ### My Approach - **Pre-Event Sync:** I work with your production team to understand the Run of Show. I make sure I know the technical cues, the video assets, and exactly when to cue the music or light changes. - **Talent Management:** I am comfortable interviewing celebrities, dignitaries, and executives. I know how to navigate the conversation to keep it relevant to the brand while keeping the guest comfortable and the audience entertained. - **Crowd Control:** For large-scale events, I manage the energy. I switch languages between English, Hindi, and Gujarati to ensure everyone, from VIP guests to media teams, feels connected. - **On-the-Fly Adaptability:** If a technical glitch happens or a speaker runs late, I keep the momentum going. I use my experience from 1500+ live events to fill gaps without killing the vibe. ### Experience I have hosted everything from high-profile movie introductions for major studios to corporate product unveils for brands like CCIL and Fracto Prop. I understand that for a launch, the host is the bridge between the product and the public. I am here to make sure that bridge is solid, professional, and full of the energy your launch deserves. ## About Drashti Vajar I do not just stand on a stage. I own the space between the audience and the brand. Whether I am introducing a movie cast or unveiling a new corporate logo, my goal is to keep the energy electric and the focus exactly where you want it.
