It was special because it brought young children and seniors together on one mat. We focus on simple and accessible yoga that anyone can start today, regardless of their current fitness level. Organizing these public events helps us share the benefits of yoga beyond the classroom. We often host sessions in parks or local community centers in Noida. The goal is to move beyond just the physical poses and create a shared space for mental peace and connection. What we cover in our community events: * Hatha yoga basics for all ages and fitness levels * Breathwork and pranayama techniques for daily stress * Guided meditation to improve focus * Tips for natural living and daily routine changes If you are looking to host a yoga workshop for your housing society, school, or corporate office, I can help. My team and I handle the instructions, and we can provide participation certificates to encourage all attendees. We specialize in making these sessions welcoming for everyone, whether you are a beginner or have practiced for years. ## About Ajay Kharbanda I am Dr. Ajay Kharbanda, and I find my greatest joy in teaching yoga to our community. My family and I believe that yoga is for everyone, from little children to grandparents, and these gatherings are where that belief truly comes to life.
