Once the paint is dry, I apply a double coat of varnish so the art is durable and easy to wipe clean, which makes it perfect for adding a spiritual yet contemporary touch to your living room, entryway, or prayer corner. Pichwai art has been around for centuries, traditionally narrating tales of Shrinathji. While I deeply respect that history, I love to blend it with a contemporary aesthetic. I trade the heavy traditional colors for pastels and bright, fresh tones that fit right into a modern Indian home. ### How I make it Every piece is hand-painted on MDF or wooden rounds. I don't use prints or stencils, so every brushstroke is intentional. Because I work with gouache and acrylics, the finish is opaque and rich. ### Why it works for your space - **Durability:** I seal every piece with a double coat of clear varnish (matte or gloss), making it dust-proof and wipeable. It is art that you can actually live with. - **Customisation:** The designs on this page are just starting points. If you have a specific color theme in your room or a variation of a lotus or cow design you prefer, let me know. We can work together to make sure the piece fits perfectly on your wall. - **The Personal Touch:** Since I am a small-scale artist based in Bengaluru, I pack every order personally. You will likely find a little extra doodle or a note in your package, just to add a bit of joy when you unwrap your art. Whether you are looking for a statement piece for your wall or a heartfelt gift for a housewarming, I want these paintings to feel like a breath of fresh air in your home. ## About Doodle Trouble I am just an artist who finds my own therapy in the painting process. My studio is usually filled with the sound of Bengaluru rains, a cup of chai, and endless sketches, and I pour that exact calming energy into every piece I make for you.
