I love collaborating with you to figure out the perfect balance of flavors and aesthetics—whether you want a grand gravity-defying structure or a cozy bento box and cupcake tower for an intimate gathering. If you have a specific theme in mind, share your Pinterest boards with me; I’m always excited to translate those visions into delicious reality. When I started Dolce eight years ago, it was just about baking. Today, it’s about creating centerpieces for the milestones that matter most. My studio in Laxmi Nagar is where I experiment with custom eggless cake designs—from viral ribbon bows to intricate floral piping that makes every cupcake a work of art. 💖 I believe every celebration deserves a signature look. Whether it's a themed birthday setup for your little one or a sophisticated anniversary surprise, I focus on the details—using specific piping nozzles for those rose effects or crafting gravity-defying structures that turn heads. ### Why order from Dolce? * **Personalization:** I don't believe in factory-made perfection. I want your cake to be *bilkul aapke liye* (just for you). * **100% Eggless:** All my sponges and creams are completely egg-free, with no shortcuts. * **Versatility:** From Baby Shark themes to elegant Eid celebrations and holiday bento boxes, I handle a wide range of styles. I bake in limited batches, so I typically need a 3-10 day lead time to ensure I can give your order the attention it deserves. Since I'm a mom juggling work, I pour my heart into every batch, which is why I prioritize quality over quantity. If you are looking for talented cake decorators in Delhi who listen to your ideas and add that extra bit of sweetness, I would love to hear from you. *Haar ke jeetne wale ko hi bazigar kehte hai*—I’ve learned that the best results come when you stick with the process, and I’m ready to make your celebration memorable. ## About Dolce by Akshika Hi, I’m Akshika!
