The truth is, my best ideas—like the custom swing cakes or cloud themes—came from trying to make something truly magical for my own son, Ivaan. When you order a cake here, you aren't just getting a dessert; you are getting a slice of the passion that got me through my toughest days. 🫶🏻 ### From One Order to a 50k Family Eight years ago, Dolce started with just one order in my kitchen. Today, we are a family of 50k, and the journey has been nothing short of a rollercoaster. Being a working mom is real, messy, and absolutely worth it. When I hit the 50k milestone, I wanted to create something that celebrated all of you, which is why I introduced our signature standing letter and number cakes. ### Why My Cakes Feel Personal Every design I create comes from a personal place. * **The Swing Cake:** Born from my love for baby showers and new beginnings, this design represents the gentle start of life. It’s my bestseller for a reason—it feels like a hug in cake form. * **Gravity-Defying Designs:** These were born out of my own 'oops' moments. When a cake structure didn't work the first time, I didn't give up. I learned how to engineer it so it defies physics. Now, I teach these techniques in my masterclasses at my Laxmi Nagar studio. * **Milestone Moments:** Whether it's Ivaan’s half-birthday or a client’s wedding, I treat every cake like it's for my own family. ### Practical Details for Your Order - **Studio Location:** Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. - **Dietary:** Everything is 100% eggless. - **Planning:** For custom gravity-defying or tiered designs, please reach out 3-10 days in advance. I’m not a big factory; I’m a mom with a passion for flour and fondant. Let’s create something sweet for your next big moment. 💖 ## About Dolce by Akshika Hi, I'm Akshika!
