Because I want them to arrive perfect, I personally come to your venue to assemble the structure on-site. It takes time, but it is the only way to make sure that teddy bear or floating tier stays exactly where it should for your photos. 💖 These cakes are not just dessert, they are mini engineering projects. When you order a gravity-defying or topsy-turvy design, you are paying for the armature, the balancing, and the hours of planning that go into making sure a cake leans without toppling. I use food-safe internal structures to create those floating effects. Whether it is a cute bear holding up a tier or a packet of Natkhat snacks spilling onto the cake, every piece is custom-sculpted. My 'Gullu' teddy bear collection is particularly close to my heart. Each one, from the 6-month celebration cakes to first birthdays, is hand-detailed with love. I know it is a big day, so I handle the logistics myself. I do not just bake and hand over the box; for these complex pieces, I arrive at your venue to assemble them so you do not have to stress about transport mishaps. Let us create something that gets everyone talking. 😇 ## About Dolce by Akshika I am Akshika.
