Whether it is a birthday dinner or a baby shower, I place seating and lighting to encourage connection rather than just filling a corner with balloons. We often start by looking at the venue's existing natural light or architecture before deciding on the structural backdrop, ensuring the decor enhances the room instead of competing with it. Moving beyond standard balloon arches, my process begins with understanding the narrative behind your event. If we are styling an anniversary brunch, I look at the color palette of your home or venue and build a tablescape that incorporates your favorite blooms, soft linens, and lighting that mimics a warm, golden-hour glow. For baby and bridal showers, I often integrate playful elements like whimsical balloon clouds or personalized neon signage that serves as a focal point for photos. These elements are designed to be interactive, not just static backdrops. Regarding logistics, I handle everything from transport to installation and next-day dismantling.
