Whether your dog is a bundle of high energy or a little anxious about the blow dryer, I go slow and use gentle handling to ensure the entire process is a stress-free experience for both of you. At my Galleria Market location, I focus on the little details that make a big difference. I don't just wash your pet; I use natural oils for deep tissue massages, perform thorough manual tick checks, and always finish with a hygiene trim around the paws to keep them comfortable for longer. My approach is built on patience. I know that some pets, especially first-timers or rescues, can be nervous about strangers or water. I prioritize calming them down before even starting the bath, ensuring that the groom isn't just about looking good, but about feeling safe. From medicated anti-tick treatments to luxury oil baths, my services are designed to address the specific skin and coat needs of your dog or cat. I believe in transparency. When you bring your pet to me, we start with a coat assessment to check for mats or skin issues. I am always happy to walk you through what I am using on your pet's fur, whether it is breed-appropriate shampoo or a soothing conditioner. If you have any specific concerns about your pet's temperament or grooming history, let me know before we begin. My goal is to send every pet home with a wet nose, a clean coat, and a happy wag. ## About DogSpa I’m the person behind the suds and scissors at DogSpa.
