It's a reminder of why I'm committed to helping feed the dogs in our community who need it most.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/ed67f31f-c7f6-4e8d-b953-9dc1bc5757d3) ## About Our Community Every order placed helps us fund our #followtofeed initiative. We regularly distribute fresh, nutrient-dense meals to streeties and local shelters in our neighbourhood, ensuring our mission to provide real, human-grade food reaches those who need it most. Our commitment to the local dog community is the heart of what we do. When we started this journey, we realized that while we could provide the best nutrition for our own dogs, there were so many street dogs and shelter residents nearby living on nothing but scraps. We knew we could do better. We don't treat our #followtofeed initiative as a side project. It is baked into our daily routine. Because we cook fresh meals in our New Tippasandra kitchen every day, we ensure that a portion of our production goes directly to these dogs. We select ingredients that are just as fresh and healthy as what goes into your dog's bowl. No fillers, no preservatives, just real meat and vegetables prepared with the same care. This isn't about charity in the abstract sense. It is about practical, daily action. We check on the strays near our kitchen, we coordinate with local shelter volunteers, and we make sure that the dogs who have nobody else to look after them get a wholesome meal. Our customers are the reason we can keep this going. Every meal plan you subscribe to allows us to keep the kitchen running for everyone, not just our paying clients. We believe in 100% transparency. If you ever want to know more about the shelters we support or the streeties we visit, feel free to ask. We are always looking for more hands and paws to join the mission. When you choose to feed your dog real food with us, you are actively helping us improve the lives of Bengaluru's street dogs, one meal at a time. ## About DoggyBox We started DoggyBox because we saw the need for real food, and that mission extends far beyond our own pets. We make it our business to ensure that the street dogs and shelter pups in our area get to enjoy the same nutrition as our clients, thanks to the support of our customers.
