We focus on the balance between intense cocoa and add-ins like roasted walnuts or hazelnuts, so every bite feels substantial rather than just sugary. When you order brownies or tea cakes from us, you get exactly what you see: dense, moist bakes made with real chocolate. We keep our recipes entirely eggless, which means we spend extra time perfecting our techniques to achieve that signature fudgy consistency. Our hazelnut and walnut brownies are staples for a reason. We balance the deep bitterness of dark chocolate with the crunch of roasted nuts, avoiding the overly sweet profile found in mass-produced treats. If you are looking for something lighter, our tea cakes follow the same philosophy. From the zesty lemon vanilla loaf topped with dried rose petals to our date and walnut muffins, these are designed to pair perfectly with your evening chai. We understand that dietary needs matter, which is why we also offer oat-based brownie variations for those who want a bit more texture and fiber. Everything is made fresh at our Vijayanagar kitchen. If you have a specific flavor in mind or want to try something a little hatke, just reach out. We love experimenting with new ingredients to match your preferences. Because we pack these for gifts as well as personal consumption, we use high-quality rigid paper board and elegant ribbons for presentation. Whether you need a box of six for a weekend treat or a custom-branded gift set for an event, we handle the packaging with care. ## About D'lier We are D'lier, a Bengaluru-based bakery focused on eggless, handmade treats.
