We prioritize the bite and the crumb, ensuring that every brownie square—or tub—delivers an intense, eggless chocolate hit that feels like a genuine treat, not an afterthought. Beyond our signature brownies, we bring the same attention to detail to our tea cakes and dessert bars. ### The Tea Cake Collection If you're looking for something lighter, our tea cakes are a staple for afternoon tea or small gatherings. We bake them with fresh, high-quality ingredients, resulting in a crumb that’s soft and moist. You’ll find our Hazelnut Tea Cake topped with a rich chocolate glaze and a whole hazelnut, offering a nutty, comforting profile. For those who prefer a brighter palette, our Lemon Vanilla Tea Cake adds a zesty citrus note, finished with dried rose petals and pistachios—perfect for a garden party or a simple weekend indulgence. ### Why You'll Notice the Difference We rely on premium couverture chocolate for all our brownie bases, which gives them that deep, characteristic gloss and complex cocoa flavor. We also include 'Regal Riches'—our take on millionaire's shortbread—where a crumbly, buttery shortbread base meets chewy caramel and dark chocolate. It’s a texture contrast we love. ### Eggless & Thoughtful We understand that dietary needs matter, so our entire range is eggless without compromising on richness. Whether you're ordering a single tub for yourself or a hamper for a loved one, we ensure the packaging is as deliberate as the baking. We use custom seals and sturdy window boxes so that everything from the oat brownies to the tea cakes arrives looking exactly as it did when it left our kitchen. If you have a specific event in mind, we can easily adapt these treats into larger gift hampers or dessert table displays. ## About D'lier At D'lier, we believe dessert should be a moment of pure joy.
