Today, that foundation of quality and client-first service is carried forward by his son, Dewang Lakhani. We are a family of chefs and hospitality experts who believe the secret to a perfect event is not just the menu, but the direct, personal supervision of every detail from the first planning meeting to the final course served at your venue. Our strength is our people. From the founding vision of Rajesh Lakhani to the modern direction of Dewang Lakhani, our brand remains rooted in a hands-on approach. We do not just assign a team, we are personally involved in ensuring every event meets our high standards. Our core leadership, including Trumal Viralani, Arpan Thakkar, and Jimit Kansara, brings a blend of constant innovation and customer-focused vision to every gathering. Whether we are serving in Mumbai or traveling for a destination wedding in Thailand or Dubai, our commitment remains the same. We function as a cohesive unit of chefs, hospitality staff, and planners who work in unison to execute complex events. This level of coordination ensures that whether you have 300 or 3000 guests, the service flow remains seamless. We train our staff to be attentive and proactive, ensuring that your guests feel hosted rather than just served. This team culture is the reason we have successfully expanded our services from traditional catering to comprehensive luxury hospitality, including decor and beverage management. ## About D Lakhani Catering I am Dewang, and I run things alongside my father, Rajesh.
