We focus on securing fabric against the wind and ensuring lighting setups near water are safe and perfectly positioned for photos. If you are planning a lawn event or a pool party in Greater Noida or NCR, we ensure the structures are solid so your event flows without any last-minute stress. Outdoor events, especially by the pool, need specific planning. We start by looking at the space. For poolside areas, we prioritize lighting that reflects on the water, usually with fairy lights or LED strips. For lawn functions like a Haldi, we use fabric draping that stands up to the breeze and heavy-duty stands for our floral arches so they do not tip over. Whether it is a society lawn in Noida or a private farmhouse, we bring our own equipment to ensure the setup is sturdy. We coordinate the seating layout to keep the focus on your central stage while leaving enough room for guests to move around. If your event goes into the night, we make sure the lighting is not just bright, but creates the right vibe for your Sangeet or cocktail party. We also manage the smaller details, like placing flower garlands so they catch the light, and setting up welcome signs that stay put on grass or stone surfaces. We understand that outdoor events have different challenges compared to indoor halls, so we bring all necessary materials to secure our backdrops and props. You focus on the guests, and we keep the venue looking exactly how you want it. ## About DKG Party Events We are DKG Party Events, based in Greater Noida.
