I am on the mic for every drop, using CO2 cannons and lighting cues to keep the crowd hooked from the first track to the last. ### My Approach to Campus Energy College fests require a different level of hustle. It is not just about queuing up a playlist, it is about reading a crowd that is waiting for the blast. I specialize in high-energy Bollywood, Commercial Pop, and Techno transitions that keep the floor moving for hours. ### What I Bring to the Stage - **MC Engagement:** I use the mic to command the crowd, handle countdowns, and build energy during drops. - **Visual Sync:** I coordinate with your visual team for smoke, confetti, and pyro cues. - **Festival-Grade Tech:** For large-scale events, I utilize industry-standard gear like the Pioneer CDJ 3000 to ensure high-fidelity sound. For smaller setups, I bring my own portable controller. ### The Logistics Whether you are hosting a student gathering or a massive stage event like the one at Christ University, I manage the flow of music from the cocktail hour to the high-energy dance sets. I am happy to jam with live dhol players or percussionists if you have them booked. My goal is to keep the energy constant, the transitions fast, and the dance floor packed until the lights go up. ## About DJ Skate I am Skate, and for me, a college fest is the ultimate testing ground. I do not play pre-recorded sets, I feed off the crowd and I turn that raw student energy into a total lockdown show.
