I do not just hit play on a playlist, I reshape the songs to keep the dance floor locked into a rhythm that moves from UK Punjabi vibes to Ibiza house, ensuring the energy never drops. My approach is about more than just transitions. It is about building a sonic journey. When I create a mashup, whether it is blending Amit Trivedi's vocals with a driving house bassline or fusing Afro percussion with Punjabi hits like 'Jatt Don't Care', the goal is to make the familiar feel brand new. ### Why My Mashups Hit Different * **Exclusive Edits:** You will not hear these versions anywhere else because I produce them specifically for my club sets. * **Genre Blending:** I combine Bollywood EDM, Tech House, and Hip Hop to ensure there is something for everyone while keeping the club vibe consistent. * **Interactive Performance:** I do not just stand behind the console. I am on the mic and reading the room, using these tracks to control the crowd's energy. ### Booking Requirements For my signature sound to translate perfectly, I work with a specific technical setup. I require a Pioneer DJ console, specifically the NXS2 or CDJ 3000 players with a DJM 900 NXS2 mixer. This ensures the high-fidelity sound quality these Afro House and Bollywood remixes demand. Whether you are hosting a high-end club night in Mumbai or a large-scale wedding party, having this standard of gear allows me to deliver that club-quality bass and clarity that keeps the party going until morning. ## About Pratik Shome I am Pratik, but when I am behind the decks, it is DJ Shome.
