I manage your event music so we start with deep house or ambient tropical tracks during early arrivals, then shift gears into high-tempo Bollywood and Punjabi hits as the sun starts to dip and the energy spikes. Unlike the high-octane energy of a Sangeet, Mehendi and Haldi functions require a more thoughtful approach to sound. I focus on what I call The Build—starting with low-tempo tracks that allow for family conversation, then picking up the pace as the party warms up. Whether it's a poolside sundowner or a traditional outdoor Haldi setup, I bring a professional, portable console that handles everything from background tracks to the big drops that make everyone rush the dance floor. I have played everywhere from the lawns of the Umaid Bhawan Palace to beachside venues, so I know how to adapt my setup to the environment. I do not just use a generic playlist. I read the crowd's pulse, integrating dhol fusion or live percussion if that is what the vibe calls for. If you have specific tracks for family performances or a unique bridal entry, we lock those in during our pre-event call to ensure every transition is smooth. ## About Prasad Nagotkar I'm Prasad. For me, these daytime sets are about creating a mood that shifts perfectly from relaxed to electric. I have spent years figuring out exactly when to drop the beat, and I love seeing the transformation from a quiet afternoon ceremony to a full-blown party.
