It isn't just about picking tracks; it's about understanding the specific energy of a private space versus a massive stage. Whether I'm spinning at a Ganpati celebration in a private residence or a late-night set in Juhu, the technical setup and the playlist have to be flawless because there’s zero room for a flat moment when legends are in the crowd. Celebrity events demand more than just technical skill; they require total adaptability and professionalism. My approach to these private gigs is to read the room instantly. Sometimes the request is for a deep-house set for a relaxed gathering, and other times it's a high-energy Bollywood mix to get everyone dancing, including the artists themselves. I treat every private party with the same intensity as a club night. This includes coordinating sound checks, managing VDJ visuals that sync with the beat, and working seamlessly with other musicians or singers on the floor. I've performed for the Mahadevan family's festive occasions and shared the stage with artists like Armaan Malik, which means I know exactly how to respect the space while bringing the 'Gardi macha do' energy. From Diwali parties to intimate birthday bashes, my setup is designed for precision. I use professional-grade Pioneer equipment, ensure the sound is calibrated for the specific venue acoustics, and I’m always ready to pivot—whether that means dropping an 80s English retro track when the mood strikes or shifting to a fresh Punjabi hit to keep the party moving. If you need a DJ who understands the nuance of a high-profile guest list and knows how to keep the vibe buzzing without being intrusive, I am your guy. ## About DJ Ash Music is my entire scene, from the console to the crowd. I’ve been fortunate to bring the heat to private events for artists like Shankar Mahadevan and Armaan Malik, where the vibe is intimate but the energy is always turned up to 100.
