I travel with my own technical knowledge, ensuring I can adapt to whatever venue console, whether it is the latest Pioneer setup or a specialized rig, is on-site. I have spent over a decade perfecting how I read a crowd, meaning I do not just play songs, but I actively manage the energy in the room to keep the dance floor moving from the first track to the last. My love for DJing started back in 2012 with a Denon setup, and that initial spark has turned into a decade-long career that has taken me from small local gigs to stages across Bengaluru, Kochi, and Goa. This page gives you a glimpse into what that life looks like beyond just the photos of a crowded dance floor. You will see the reality behind the scenes, including the travel, the setup, and the focus it takes to keep a set running for hours on end. I approach every gig with the same mindset I had when I started: focus on the music and the people in front of me. Whether I am playing at a corporate event in a hotel or a club night in a busy city, the goal remains the same. I understand the nuances of different venues, the importance of a seamless technical setup, and how to communicate with the lighting and sound teams on the ground. When I travel for performances, like my sets at the Holiday Inn in Cochin, I do not just show up to hit play. I coordinate with event managers and venue tech teams well in advance to ensure the equipment is ready to go. I believe that a great DJ performance is built on preparation, so when the time comes to step behind the decks, the only thing left to do is let the music take over. ## About Arpitaa I am Arpitaa, and for me, the DJ booth is the happiest place on earth.
