Every set is a live experiment where we test our new tracks to see how the crowd moves. We need to feel that energy from you to know a beat is ready for release, which is why we’re always down in the mix rather than just watching from the booth. Whether we’re playing at a beach club like Raeeth in Goa or rocking a private party in Bangalore, our goal is the same—pure, high-octane dance floor energy. We specialize in Bollytech and Afro House, a sound we’ve built by blending Indian vocal melodies with the deep, hypnotic rhythms of melodic techno. We don’t believe in pre-recorded sets. Every gig is live, raw, and reactive. We test our original tracks, like 'Afro Kiss' or our remixes of Bollywood classics, directly with the audience to see what hits hardest. If the crowd doesn’t move, we tweak the mix right there in the moment. Being a sober DJ duo isn't just a lifestyle for us; it’s our secret weapon for performance. We don’t need alcohol to reach the peak of a set. We rely on the connection with the audience and the pure thrill of the music. You get 100% focus, maximum energy, and a clean, vibrant vibe that keeps the party going from the first track to the last. When you book us, you aren't just getting DJs; you’re getting two producers who live to bridge the gap between Russian electronic roots and the massive, soulful sound of India. Davai, let's dance. ## About DJ Twins Shmidt We are the Shmidt twins, and for us, the decks are home. We bring our Russian roots and a whole lot of zhenskaya energiya (female energy) to every stage in India. Music is our high, so we keep the party pure, sober, and absolutely electric.
