I take those heavy Sambalpuri rhythms and layer them with tech-house grooves to keep the floor moving in a modern club setting. The trick is knowing exactly when to drop the beat so it hits hard for the Odisha crowd but still feels right for a party in Bangalore. ### More Than Just a DJ Set When I host an 'Ollywood Takeover' night, it's about connecting the dots between our roots and the city life we live now. You get the familiar hook of a Sambalpuri classic mixed into a high-energy tech-house or EDM drop. It is the perfect bridge for my fellow Odia community members who want a club night that feels like home but keeps the energy at 100. ### My Approach to the Vibe I focus on reading the room. If the crowd wants to hear the latest Sambalpuri viral hit, we go there. If they want a high-octane Bollywood techno blend, I have that ready. My goal is to keep the energy high from the first track to the last. I bring my own console, my own mashups, and that specific 'Ollywood' energy that turns a normal night into a proper reunion for the Odisha gang in Bangalore. ### Let's Get Loud Whether you are planning a private house party or a club night that needs that special Sambalpuri touch, I show up with the full energy. No boring transitions, just seamless, high-intensity mixing that keeps the dance floor packed. ## About DJ Shan I'm Shan, an Odia toka making noise in the Blr club scene. I live for the madness, the bass drops, and bringing that home-state energy to every show.
