For these daytime sets, I often coordinate live with percussionists or Dhol players to get that real festive groove going. I also dress to match the occasion, whether it’s a traditional kurta or a tropical shirt, so I fit right into your venue's decor and vibe. Daytime wedding events have a rhythm of their own. It is not about heavy club bass; it is about that happy, Bolly-house feeling that keeps guests mingling and dancing under the sun. I lean into tracks that are upbeat and fresh, blending classic retro with fusion beats that work for both a poolside cocktail and a traditional Haldi ceremony. The real magic happens when we sync up. I love pairing my set with live percussionists. It creates a rich, organic sound that recordings simply cannot match. If you have your own musicians or a band joining, I make sure we are aligned so the sound is seamless. For outdoor venues, from Mumbai lawns to destination spots in Udaipur, I bring compact, professional-grade gear designed for quick, clean setups. I handle the audio levels personally, ensuring the volume is perfect for an afternoon party—loud enough to energize, but balanced enough for guests to talk over without shouting. My style is about making sure the music reflects the event theme. If we are doing a Haldi, I keep the energy festive and colorful. If it is a pool party, we shift into a more relaxed, summery gear. It is all about creating a cohesive look and sound that feels like a natural part of your celebration. ## About DJ Nelson I’m DJ Nelson, and I’m all about energy and hustle.
