Enquire now to find out final quote. ### Full Service Buffet Setup (Food Plus Service Charge) End to end buffet with hired crockery, chafing dishes and our own serving team. Per plate cost below, plus a flat 3,000 to 5,000 service charge that covers delivery. Typically ₹300-550 per guest (estimate) #### How We Price This * **Per plate food cost: 300 to 550 per guest.** A very basic menu starts at 300 and it goes up from there depending on how elaborate you want the spread. * **Service charge: 3,000 to 5,000 per event, delivery included.** We always keep the food cost and the service charge separate so you can see exactly what you are paying for. The service charge depends on how big the menu is and how many people are coming, because that decides how many of our team come along. #### Our Team On Site * 4 to 5 of our people for an elaborate menu or a bigger crowd, 2 to 3 for something smaller and simpler. * They set up around an hour before the meal, attend the counters, refill the dishes, serve your guests and clear up after. * Washing up is ours to handle, not yours. #### Crockery And Setup * You choose disposable plates or reusable stainless steel plates. These days most people ask for steel, so we arrange that. * We do not keep crockery or equipment in house, we hire it fresh for your event and bring it with the team. * Stainless steel chafing dishes with fuel burners keep the food hot for 2 to 3 hours. Tables come with white linen and skirting. #### Menu Spread A standard buffet covers welcome drink, soup, starters, main course (Indian breads, gravy, a rice variety, fryums) and dessert. Pure vegetarian throughout. Satvik with no onion and no garlic on request. #### Please Note * Minimum 15 guests for a buffet, and we cater up to 100 guests. Anything bigger than that we honestly cannot do well, so we say no. * We do events on Sundays too. Only the daily lunch service is closed on Sunday. If you message us on a Sunday we will get back to you Monday. * We do not do live counters and we do not cook at your venue. Everything is cooked in our kitchen and brought across hot. * 10 to 20 percent of the bill confirms the booking, the rest is paid after the event. * Cancel up to two days before the event and we refund the full advance, no penalty. Inside two days we cannot refund, because the shopping and cooking are already done. * We cater within about 10 km of Horamavu. Delivery is inside the service charge, and anything sent by Porter or Rapido is charged at actual cost. * Want a tasting before you book? We do that, at a small charge, and you arrange the pickup. * At least one day's notice, though the more time you give us the better we can plan. * All prices are onwards, plus taxes. Final quote depends on the menu you pick. ### Bulk Food Delivery (Self-Service) Food delivered hot in large stainless steel carriers, no service team or crockery. Same per plate cost as our buffet, minus the service charge. Typically ₹300-550 per guest (estimate) #### How We Price This * **Per plate food cost: 300 to 550 per guest**, exactly the same as our full buffet. A basic menu starts at 300 and goes up depending on how elaborate the spread is. * **No service charge on this one.** That flat 3,000 to 5,000 we charge for a buffet covers our team, hired crockery and washing up, so if you are serving it yourself, you simply don't pay it. #### Delivery Format Food arrives hot in stainless steel carriers, tiffins, or drums. We send someone to collect the empty vessels after your event, so that is not your job. #### Cuisine Styles South Indian Feast: Rice, Sambar, Rasam, 2 vegetable curries, Vada, Sweet, Pickle and Papad. North Indian: Rotis or Phulkas, Paneer Gravy, Dal Fry, Jeera Rice, Raita and Sweet. #### What This Does Not Include * No serving staff, no plates, no spoons, no chafing dishes. You serve your guests. * We cook at our kitchen and drop it to you. No live counters, no cooking at your venue. #### Please Note * 10 to 20 percent of the bill confirms the booking, rest after the event. * Up to 100 guests.
