Your jars arrive in 200ml reusable glass containers and require refrigeration immediately upon delivery. Plan to enjoy them within 3 to 5 days to experience the texture exactly as we intended it, which is fluffy, creamy, and packed with flavour. We do not do fine print, just fine ingredients. When we set out to make hummus, the goal was to ditch the store-bought powders and bland oils for something that actually tastes like the ingredients on the label. ### Why Our Hummus Feels Different Most commercial hummus is pasteurized for shelf life, which kills the texture and dulls the flavour. We do the opposite. We use only high-grade chickpeas and 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil. You will not find palm, canola, or sunflower oils in our jars. By skipping stabilizers and additives, we keep the texture light and the taste vibrant. ### The Kitchen Romance We love mixing up the classics. Our signature range includes: * **Smoked Paprika Piri-Piri:** Red bell peppers smoked in-house and blended with piri-piri for those who want a serious kick. * **Curry Leaf Hummus:** Our twist on tradition, bringing the aromatic zing of fresh curry leaves into the mix. * **Dreamy Beetroot:** Earthy, sweet, and velvety, perfect for spreading on sourdough toast. * **Classic Mediterranean:** The reliable staple, but made with our uncompromising standard of fresh tahini and pure EVOO. ### Serving Suggestions There is no wrong way to dip. Use our hummus as a spread for sandwiches, a base for your veggie platters, or even thinned down as a dressing for your salads.
