When you look at your album, I want you to see the specific texture of the silk in the Nauvari saree, the exact emotion in the parents' eyes during the Kanyadan, and the genuine laughter shared during the Haldi. I shoot with a candid approach because these rituals hold enough visual weight on their own without me staging or directing the moment. I approach Maharashtrian weddings by blending into the background. Whether it is the Shubha Drishti moment or the final Bidaai, my goal is to document the events with cultural sensitivity. ### My Approach to Cultural Traditions Every ritual has significance, and I make sure to cover them with respect and precision. I understand the flow of Marathi ceremonies, so I am always in the right place to catch the bride's expression when she first sees the groom, or the specific way the pheta is tied. ### Why Candid Works for Traditional Weddings While I handle group portraits and stage photos for family records, the heart of my work lies in the candid moments. I focus on natural light where possible. If the venue is indoor or dim, I use specific lighting techniques that keep the colors of your silk sarees and traditional jewelry vibrant without making the photos look artificial. ### What You Receive My packages are designed to provide both the big picture and the small details.
