They are people I have shared the field with in the IPL and Legends League. When Shane Watson or Monty Panesar talk about the mental game or technique, they are describing the exact same standards we set every morning at Gandhi Maidan. They know my coaching style is simple because the game itself is simple: if you put in the hours, the results will follow. In cricket, there are shortcuts and there is the hard way. These players have reached the highest levels—IPL, Test cricket, international coaching—and they know that real improvement happens in the nets, not on social media. My training is not flashy. We work on basic stance, consistent follow-through, and mental toughness. Lalchand Rajput sir has seen the pressure of international dressing rooms, and Shane Watson knows exactly what a bowler needs to hit that length consistently. When they speak about my academy, they are validating a process that prioritizes discipline over everything else. Whether it is our monsoon fitness drills or the competitive atmosphere of our selection trials, the goal remains the same: preparing you for the next level. If you are looking for a place where you will be pushed, where your technique will be broken down and rebuilt, and where the coaching is grounded in reality, this is that place. My students do not just play for fun; they play to win. ## About Dinesh Salunkhe Cricket Academy I am Dinesh Salunkhe. I played for Rajasthan Royals and won the IPL in 2008, but coaching these kids is my real match now. My academy is for the grinders who want to learn the game properly, away from the shortcuts.
