Whether it is Mitali’s selection for the U-19 state team or Shoaib’s match-winning spells, every victory here is built on months of sweating it out at Gandhi Maidan. We do not coach for participation trophies; we train for the kind of consistency and technical precision that catches the selectors' eyes in competitive tournaments. Success is the result of a process. When you see our players lifting trophies in the MI Junior U-16 Interschool Tournament or scoring centuries in the Harries Shield, you are seeing the result of our intensive training model. We focus on three pillars for every player: * **Match Simulation:** Practice is useless if you cannot handle pressure. We recreate match-day environments during net sessions so that when a player faces a real bowler in a tournament like the Giles Shield, it feels familiar. * **Fitness First:** Our athletes don't get tired in the second session. From agility ladders to high-intensity endurance drills, we build the physical base needed to last the full distance of a match. * **Technical Integrity:** We focus on the basics—stance, grip, and follow-through. Our coaches are not there to fix one thing; they are there to build a complete player who can adapt to any condition, be it a muddy monsoon ground or a dry summer wicket. Our doors are open to anyone who has the discipline to put in the work. We provide the platform, the trials, and the guidance. The rest depends on your mehnat (hard work). If you are looking for a place where you will be pushed to become a competitive cricketer rather than just a hobbyist, you are in the right place. ## About Dinesh Salunkhe Cricket Academy I started this academy to give talented kids the chance I once fought for. Seeing players like Harsh and Aniket make it to the city teams proves that if you have the drive, the results will follow. My coaching is not for those looking for shortcuts, but for the ones willing to put in the real work.
