You won't find any corporate bureaucracy here. You show up, play your natural game under my direct supervision, and get assessed on skill, temperament, and how you handle the real-world pressure of a match situation. ### Why Trials Matter To make it to the state level, you need to prove yourself in match conditions, not just during net practice. We host official selection trials for the Giles Shield, Harris Shield, and Kanga Knockout, giving you the chance to play for selection in front of experienced eyes. ### The Reality of the Ground We conduct these trials at Gandhi Maidan. It is not an air-conditioned facility with perfect turf. It is a real public ground with red soil. This is where you learn to adjust your stance, grip the ball in humid conditions, and deal with uneven bounces. This is where real cricketers are made, and we believe this is the only way to test a player's true grit. ### What We Look For I don't look for flashy equipment or polished stats. I look for *mehnat*. I want to see how you react when a ball swings, how you handle a bad shot, and how you bounce back. My job isn't to be your friend on the field; it is to tell you the truth about your game so you can actually improve. We have helped players like Harsh Salunkhe move from our nets to the U-19 Mahindra Shield selection matches by focusing on exactly this kind of intense, performance-based development. If you are ready to stop practicing and start playing, come show us what you have. We don't promise success, but we do promise a fair chance to anyone who works hard. ## About Dinesh Salunkhe Cricket Academy I'm Dinesh Salunkhe. My journey from the IPL to coaching taught me one thing: talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn't. I run these trials myself because I want to see real hard work in action, not just a resume.
