We do not just bowl in the nets; we practice on real, unpredictable turf where the bounce is uneven, exactly like a match day situation. When you see our players scoring, it is because they have spent months facing deliveries on tracks that do not make it easy for them. Whether it is Harsh Salunkhe's technical consistency in the U-19 Mahindra Shield or Mitali Mhatre’s performance in the women's trophy, these outcomes are planned. We track statistics—strike rates, runs in high-pressure chases, and wickets taken—to understand a player's mindset under duress. My academy is built on the belief that talent exists everywhere, but it needs a clear pathway to show up. We provide that by integrating our students into official MCA-recognized tournaments early. If you are serious about making the transition from a casual player to a competitive cricketer, you need to understand that the academy environment mimics the intensity of a selection trial every single day. We don't promise shortcuts. We promise that if you put in the hours, you will be prepared for the realities of competitive cricket. From U-13 age group games to women's state-level tournaments, the goal remains the same: identify what you lack, fix it in the nets, and prove it on the field. ## About Dinesh Salunkhe Cricket Academy I’ve played at the highest level in the IPL, and I know exactly what it takes to get noticed by selectors. My job here isn't to be a boss; it's to be the coach who pushes you when you're tired and fixes your technique before you even know you're making a mistake.
