Our coaches are on the pitch with you, correcting your grip, adjusting your stance, and making sure your bowling action is tight. If you are struggling with your technique or need to fix your match temperament, we get involved personally to show you the right way. A cricket academy is only as good as the people running the nets. At DSCA, we believe that coaching is more than just telling a student what to do. It is about being there in the dirt of the maidaan, correcting a mistake the moment it happens, and building the mental toughness required for professional cricket. Our coaching philosophy is simple: 'mehnat' (hard work). My team and I focus on the basics that matter. Whether you are working on your leg-spin, perfecting your batting cover drive, or learning how to handle the pressure of a match, we provide the technical feedback you need to improve. We don't just offer generic tips. We work on: * Technical corrections: Breaking down your batting stance, bowling action, and fielding technique using hands-on instruction. * Match temperament: Teaching you how to think in the middle, handle the bounce on different pitches, and execute the right shot selection. * Fitness and Agility: Building the stamina required to last through the Mumbai monsoon and the peak summer heat. We know that every student is different. That is why our coaches adapt their approach to your specific skill level, whether you are picking up a bat for the first time or looking to sharpen your game for the Mumbai U-19 state trials. We are here to push you, because the road to professional cricket is not easy, and we want you to be ready when the opportunity comes. ## About Dinesh Salunkhe Cricket Academy I started this academy to give talented kids the mentorship I wish I had when I was growing up in a humble home.
