It is the hours spent between sessions, the camaraderie during fitness drills, and the way our experienced players help the beginners learn the ropes. We build a team atmosphere where everyone, regardless of their background, pushes each other to get better every single day. ### Why Our Atmosphere is Different At DSCA, we know that cricket is a mental game as much as a physical one. That is why we focus on building a community, not just a coaching centre. Our Chembur ground is where the real work happens. Whether it is the scorching summer heat or the heavy Mumbai monsoon, our students are out here, sweating through drills and supporting each other through the tough days. ### The Middle-Class Ethos We keep our fees reasonable and our doors open to talent from all walks of life. I have been there—I know what it is like to chase a dream when you do not have much to start with. Here, your background does not matter. What matters is your willingness to put in the hours, respect your teammates, and listen to the coach. ### Building Match Temperament We aren't here to make stars overnight. We are here to build cricketers who have the grit to handle the pressure of the big leagues. By training together, facing match situations, and learning how to pick a teammate up after a bad delivery, our students build the temperament needed for competitive cricket. This is where you find your squad, your mentors, and the drive to keep going. ## About Dinesh Salunkhe Cricket Academy I started this academy because I wanted kids like me to have the chance I fought for. We do not just teach cricket; we build a second home where every student learns to push their limits and support their teammates.
