We primarily use FRP or rotomoulded planters because they handle Delhi's extreme heat without cracking, keeping the load manageable for rooftops while ensuring your plants have enough soil depth to thrive year-round. ### Material Matters Terrace gardening presents unique challenges, primarily weight limits and high evaporation rates. Our approach minimizes structural stress by utilizing high-density FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) planters rather than traditional heavy clay or cement pots. These are durable, UV-resistant, and significantly lighter, making them ideal for high-rise balconies or structural rooftops. ### Plant Selection for Delhi NCR We select foliage based on the specific micro-climate of your terrace. For shaded areas, we prioritize shade-tolerant species like Ficus Panda or Raphis Palms. In open, sun-drenched rooftops, we install drought-tolerant cacti, succulents, or hearty tropical palms that withstand harsh summer temperatures. ### Maintenance and Longevity Beyond the initial setup, we ensure every container has a proper drainage layer of expanded clay pebbles or gravel to prevent root rot. If you prefer a green look without the constant upkeep, we offer high-quality, UV-protected artificial foliage that maintains its color even after years of direct exposure to the sun. Whether you need a formal entrance accent with boxwood topiaries or a sprawling tropical setup for your terrace lounge, our process ensures the installation is sturdy, aesthetically balanced, and suited to your specific maintenance availability. ## About Dilkhush Landscaping At Dilkhush Landscaping, we focus on the practical side of gardening.
