I provide basic supplies if you are a complete beginner, but if you have a travel watercolor set or a favorite fineliner, bring it along. We usually meet at locations like Sunder Nursery or India Gate, where we focus on perspective and speed—perfect for getting past that initial blank page anxiety. ### Why Join Urban Sketching Urban sketching is more than just drawing. It is a way to hit pause in our fast-paced city lives. Whether you are standing in the middle of the bustling Mehrauli flower market or finding a quiet corner at Humayun’s Tomb, the goal is to capture the moment. ### What We Focus On - **Plein Air Techniques:** I teach you how to handle perspective without getting bogged down in rigid geometry. - **Mediums:** We use pen and ink for structure, followed by watercolor washes to bring the scene to life. If you prefer oil pastels or simple pencil sketches, that works too. - **Locations:** We rotate across Delhi NCR, covering everything from the lush greenery of Lodhi Garden to architectural marvels like the Red Fort and Qutub Minar. ### For Everyone No formal art school is needed here. Sabke andar artist chhupa hai (Everyone's got an artist hidden inside). These sessions are about meeting fellow creators, sharing tips, and having a relaxing time while we learn to see the beauty in daily life. ## About Dikshita Jain Hi, I am Dikshita.
