My band and I sync our live performances with specific ritual cues, like the arrival of the maternal uncle or the traditional Chunari ceremony, so the music never interrupts the flow but instead elevates the emotion of every moment. Since you have seen how these songs set the mood, let's discuss how we can tailor the playlist to match your family's unique traditions. Authentic folk music has a way of turning a standard ritual into a heartfelt memory. Whether it is a Maayra or Bhaat ceremony, or a festive Sindhara celebration, my goal is to ensure the music reflects the joy and sanctity of the occasion. ### Why Live Folk Matters for Your Rituals - **Syncing with Rituals:** I do not just sing; I participate. My band and I watch the floor, waiting for the right moment to start a song, whether it is for the Tilak or the exchange of gifts. This keeps the energy high without overpowering the ceremony. - **Interactive Engagement:** For functions like Teej or Holi, I love getting the family involved. From Samdhi-Samdhan songs that break the ice to traditional Ghoomar that gets everyone on the dance floor, the performance is built to engage your guests. - **Technical Precision:** We use a full setup—Dholak, Octapad, and Keyboard—to ensure the traditional beats are crisp and audible, even in large banquet halls or outdoor venues. ### My Repertoire I curate my setlist based on your event's cultural significance: - **Maayra/Bhaat:** Specific songs for the maternal uncle’s arrival and the Chunari ceremony, focusing on the emotional bond between the bride and her maternal family. - **Teej & Sindhara:** Traditional Sawan-themed songs that celebrate the season and the beauty of the newlywed's first year. - **Holi & Festive:** High-energy classic folk like 'Holi Khele Raghuveera' to get the crowd moving. Whether you are hosting an intimate gathering or a large destination wedding at a property like Fairmont Jaipur, my band and I focus on the little details—the right pronunciation of local dialects and the subtle cues of your family elders—to make your celebration feel personal and grounded in tradition. ## About Dhvani Arora Music is my way of connecting with Kanha and spreading that same joy to your family.
