I combine soul-stirring Devi bhajans with the stories of our deities to create a space of pure devotion and celebration. ## Photos and videos - [Video: During a Mangal Paath for Shri Rani Sati Dadi, I narrated the story of her previous birth and the boon she received from Shri Krishna. I believe in sharing the stories behind our deities to deepen our connection.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/ea824b29-9064-4f02-96c3-936a62087b42) ## About Mata Ki Chowki & Devi Bhajans When I perform a Mata Ki Chowki or Mangal Paath, my focus goes beyond just the singing. I narrate the stories and meanings behind the stotrams and bhajans, which helps family members of all ages connect deeper with the rituals. It creates a space where everyone, from elders to children, feels involved, understands the context of the devotion, and truly participates in the energy of the event. My approach to Mata Ki Chowki and Devi Bhajans is centered on Aradhana, where music becomes a medium for prayer. For these events, I typically perform with a talented team including a keyboardist and percussionist, ensuring a rich soundscape that suits both intimate drawing room gatherings and larger banquet hall setups. ### My Performance Style I structure each event to build a specific energy, moving from meditative Guru Vandana to high-energy Devi bhajans and concluding with a soulful Aarti. Whether it is a Navratri celebration, a Mangal Paath, or a private bhajan sandhya, I tailor the repertoire to the occasion. I believe that when guests understand the meaning behind the mantras, the experience becomes much more personal. I often pause to share anecdotes from our scriptures, ensuring that the devotion resonates in the heart of every attendee. ### Planning Your Event To ensure a seamless experience, my team and I coordinate closely with you on the program flow. For local events in Delhi NCR or outstation performances, we require a basic sound setup including two mics and instrument inputs. If you are planning for a specific festival like Navratri or a personal milestone, please reach out early, as dates fill up quickly during peak seasons. My goal is to help you host an event where every guest feels the presence of Mata Rani and leaves with a sense of peace. ## About Dhvani Arora Music is my prayer, and Mata Ki Chowki is the space where I feel it most.
